POWDER COATING
Our powder coating service can be applied or without a zinc rich primer, capable of coating large items up to 6m x 2.8m x 2.5m. The coated finish is suitable for indoor applications, industrial purposes and outdoor locations including gates, fencing and balustrading. PRE-TREATMENT
Epoxy Powder Coating
Created to give a most hard and durable finish with great protection. It has excellent adhesion and chemical resistance properties, with good electrostatic charging properties and excellent transfer efficiency. Great for industrial components and household applications.
Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating
Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating is based on selected resin combinations that set to a hard, durable finish. It has superior heat durability and excellent durability standards. Ideal for domestic appliances, office furniture, garden tools, electrical cabinets and radiators.
Polyester Powder Coating
Excellent outdoor durability and with a high resistance to yellowing. Perfect for automotive applications, agricultural equipment as well as heaters, radiators and window frames.
Zinc Rich Primer
For additional anti corrosion properties, a zinc rich primer can be applied. Our experienced staff will ensure the primer is applied correctly in order to achieve a perfect bond between all of the layers.
Nylon Powder Coating
Building Regulations - M1/M2 with regard to access and use of buildings altered in May 2004. The regulations now specify that articles such as handrails should be ‘slip resistant and not cold to the touch’. Architects and designers are increasingly requesting a specilaised coating that will offer a low thermal conductivity. Our nylon powder coating service is ideal for such specifications.
OUR OVENS
We operate a primary 6.1m x 2.8m x 2.5m gas fired box oven with digital temperature control settings with an average temperature of between 180°C - 220°C. The oven is equipped with wheeled jig frames capable of supporting loads of up to 1800kg or multiple rows of jigged items. Our secondary oven also operates to fulfil demand.
